- Are you a self-motivated, hard-working, and organised IT Support Analyst who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy?
We have an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for career progression. This role requires a methodical problem-solving mindset, you will be working in a small team of 4 acting as an escalation point for 1st / 2nd line team members.
You will have a high degree of professionalism and end-user satisfaction and work well with others but also be capable of performing day to day tasks without supervision when working remotely (every other week).
Technologies
- Microsoft Office 2016 / 365 (essential)
- Citrix technologies (advantageous)
- iManage, BigHand, Peppermint (advantageous)
- Microsoft Azure, Intune
- Administration level knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, MsTeams, OneDrive / SharePoint, Citrix Director
- Ensuring that all tickets assigned to yourself are logged within the IT helpdesk system are regularly updated, and completed before their due date.
- Liaise and escalate tickets to our hosting center suppliers as well as other suppliers
- Assist with other duties within the IT team as assigned by the IT Team Supervisor
- 6am-2pm (Remote)
- 9am - 5pm (In Office)
- 12pm - 8pm (Remote)
