- Are you a self-motivated, hard-working, and organised IT Support Analyst who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy?
We have an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for career progression. This role requires a methodical problem-solving mindset, you will be working in a small team of 4 acting as an escalation point for 1st / 2nd line team members.
You will have a high degree of professionalism and end-user satisfaction and work well with others but also be capable of performing day to day tasks without supervision when working remotely (every other week).
Technologies
Microsoft Office 2016 / 365 (essential)
Citrix technologies (advantageous)
iManage, BigHand, Peppermint (advantageous)
Microsoft Azure, Intune
Administration level knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, MsTeams, OneDrive / SharePoint, Citrix Director
Duties
Ensuring that all tickets assigned to yourself are logged within the IT helpdesk system are regularly updated, and completed before their due date.
Liaise and escalate tickets to our hosting center suppliers as well as other suppliers
Assist with other duties within the IT team as assigned by the IT Team Supervisor
Shifts: 1 week per shift
6am-2pm (Remote)
9am - 5pm (In Office)
12pm - 8pm (Remote)
The clients relative size combined with tight lines of communication makes them extremely agile and able to respond quickly and efficiently
