The Opportunity
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their Change Team in their London office. This role combines hands-on business analysis with leadership, mentoring a small team of BAs and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate root causes of business problems and identify solutions
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and interviews
- Document current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
- Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
- Mentor and guide other Business Analysts
About You
- Legal sector experience in an international firm
- Knowledge of client onboarding, matter management, and legal financial systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience in process modelling and translating requirements into Agile stories
- Previous experience mentoring BAs is desirable
- Business Analysis qualification and degree-level education
