London - Liverpool Street area - Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Circa £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits package
We're working with an international law firm that's looking to add an experienced Business Analyst to its growing IT Projects and Change team.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in technology and transformation, with a varied pipeline of projects across systems, applications and business processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the firm, helping to shape solutions that improve the way the business operates.
What you'll be doing
- Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements
- Running workshops and facilitating discussions with users and project teams
- Mapping current and future business processes
- Producing business analysis documentation including requirements, process maps and business cases
- Working alongside technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Supporting projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle
What we're looking for
- Proven background working as a Business Analyst with Legal or professional service sectors.
- A track record of delivering IT change or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience gathering and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
