When partners need something resolved properly, quickly, and without drama, you’re the one they trust to step in and take ownership. This is a senior, hands-on workplace technology role sitting above day-to-day support and below infrastructure engineering — with real visibility, authority, and influence.
You’ll lead Windows 11, laptop and iPhone rollouts, act as the escalation point for complex issues, and provide confident, face-to-face support to partners and senior stakeholders. It’s a role for someone who values competence over process, and wants recognition for getting things done.

What you’ll bring
- Senior 2nd line or deskside support experience in a high-expectation environment
- Strong partner / VIP stakeholder-facing support
- Ownership of at least one large-scale end-user rollout
- Solid AV and meeting room technology experience
- Calm judgement, clear communication, and full-time office presence
- Legal experience is a bonus, but strong professional services backgrounds are equally welcome.
