Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Agile methodologies and product delivery? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Delivery Team Leader to join an innovative IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented group of professionals, drive Agile transformation, and deliver impactful IT solutions that align with business goals.


This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office (60% office-based).


Responsibilities:


As the Product Delivery Team Leader, you will:



  • Lead and mentor a team of six, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Drive Agile transformation across IT and business services, promoting a product-focused mindset.

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and manage plans, roadmaps, and quarterly planning sessions.

  • Act as a Scrum Master, guiding the team in Agile best practices and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and manage technical dependencies.

  • Design and implement product delivery frameworks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  • Lead the QA function to develop and execute test strategies and plans.

  • Provide hands-on support for business analysis, project delivery, and business change initiatives.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution design and delivery.


 


Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Experience in driving business change and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to develop and inspire your team.

  • Proficiency in business and systems analysis, test planning, and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with object-oriented modelling techniques, including UML, use case, activity, and sequence diagrams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


 


Day-to-Day


Your typical day will include:



  • Coaching and mentoring your team to become Agile champions.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align product delivery with business goals.

  • Leading Agile squads to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

  • Managing project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

  • Conducting requirements gathering, business analysis, and system documentation.

  • Overseeing testing and quality assurance processes to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Supporting team members in their professional and technical development.
