IT Support Analyst

Ready to take your IT support skills to the next level in a tech-forward environment?

Do you thrive in roles where no two days are the same, and you’re encouraged to bring ideas to the table?
We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst who wants more than just a ticket queue—someone who’s keen to play a visible, valued role in a collaborative, change-positive team.

The Opportunity

This is a second-line support position that goes beyond the basics. Based in modern offices near Chancery Lane, you’ll be joining a well-established data and research company that’s built its reputation on reliability, depth, and innovation.

You’ll be supporting a close-knit team with a real sense of ownership over their work. Whether it’s resolving tickets, supporting key infrastructure, or getting stuck into internal projects, you’ll be right at the centre of the action.

Location: Chancery Lane (office-based, 5 days a week)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

What’s In It For You?

  • A chance to genuinely shape how IT support operates within a growing, evolving organisation

  • Clear opportunities to move into more strategic or infrastructure-focused areas over time

  • Collaborative environment with a strong culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

  • Exposure to projects, third-party liaison, and mentoring opportunities

  • Be part of a team where your voice is heard, and your contributions are recognised

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and resolve 2nd line support tickets, acting as a go-to escalation point

  • Collaborate closely with 1st line support, offering informal mentoring and guidance

  • Monitor systems and network performance, and maintain internal documentation

  • Work with infrastructure elements like AD, DNS, permissions, and Windows Server

  • Get involved in process improvement and internal project work

  • Support of Audio Visual equipment

  • Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless support

Core technologies you'll work with include:

Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange), Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

If you’re ready for a role where you’ll be trusted, supported, and challenged in all the right ways, get in touch today to find out more.
