Oliver is a founding director of Picture More, together with Matt Pike. Their career paths crossed in their previous roles in IT recruitment, where they spent several years in the same company before they founded Picture More in 2008.

Some people might have thought twice about launching a new business in the midst of a global financial crisis. But ever willing to take on a challenge, Oliver and Matt proved they could see it through, building the business organically to a point where it is now well known for its excellence in IT and business change recruitment.

In keeping with everyone in the Picture More team, Oliver maintains a hands-on role in the recruitment side of the business. But he is also responsible for the strategic development of the firm, helping to bring in new business and manage existing client relationships, while also ensuring a happy and productive team within Picture More.

A keen footballer (and Spurs season ticket holder), Oliver was also a football coach for 10 years – perfect skills to now share with his family and team.
