Bella joined Picture More as a Recruitment Administrator in 2022, supporting the team in a range of administrative and social-media marketing duties (including her infamous birthday videos!). In 2023, she smoothly transitioned into the Resourcing Team, and now navigates the intricacies of the IT Support realm. Alongside her Resource Specialist role, Bella is the heartbeat of the Social Team at Picture More, organising work socials that bring the team together, and occasionally convincing colleagues to join her for a karaoke night!

Outside of work, Bella is a musician/singer with a degree in Professional Musicianship - Vocals from BIMM. Having always been passionate about music, she is now looking to continue performing and pursuing musical projects in the vibrant city of Brighton.
