Jack is one of our Senior Management Team here at Picture More. With over 10 years’ experience in recruitment across all areas of technology and change, he exemplifies our Picture More ethos, working closely with firms on placements that are transforming the way business is done in professional services.

As Head of Account Management, he is responsible for managing our in-house Account Management team, as well as looking after and building the relationships of a number of our key strategic client accounts.

Since joining Picture More at the end of 2015, his focus has primarily been across change management, project delivery, strategy and operations, with a bias to the legal sector. As an account manager, he works across the full Picture More portfolio of roles including support, development, infrastructure, architecture, training, finance and sales up to Senior Management/Executive level.

Prior to joining Picture More, Jack had his own start-up recruitment company that he ran for over two years – an experience which has left him keen to spearhead new initiatives.

Jack is a true believer in honesty, integrity and ‘quality over quantity’. He focuses on building strong long-term relationships with candidates and clients, and providing consultation and advice on the market where he can.

When he’s not spending too much time working, he has a number of hobbies including squash and tennis, which is a good thing given that he is also a foodie (who claims – while off to the Brighton street-food market – that he ‘tries’ to eat healthy).
