- Working for an exceptionally prestigious, global law firm, you will be joining the London based IT team as Business Change Analyst as the firm embark on an exciting, once in a generation programme, to replace the firm’s Practice Management System and a number of integrated systems. Working closely with firm’s CIO are reporting into the Transformation Change and Communications Manager, you will be joining the programme at an early stage, and your role will play a key part over the next 18 month (and possibly longer) to ensure change initiatives and activities will minimise the impact of the programme on its workforce and firms Partners whilst increasing employee adoption and usage of the new systems.
Role responsibilities:
Support the creation of a change network of representatives from across the Firm to collaborate with the programme team in ensuring a change-ready state
Support the identification of people-related risks and develop specific interventions to mitigate or address concerns
Support the implementation of the programme’s communication strategy and plan
Crafting and delivering communications in collaboration with programme team members, sponsors and internal stakeholders Change impact & readiness assessments
Contribute to the development of business change analysis processes and deliverables
Conduct change impact assessments in collaboration with programme team members, subject matter experts and internal/external stakeholders
Formulation of appropriate change plans to prepare affected business areas to transition to the future state Training, Go Live & Transition to BAU
Support the delivery of end user training
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Proven Business Change Analysis experience in a comparable role in a Partnership environment (Accountancy, Consultancy or Legal) is highly desired.
Experience of legal systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Intake, Carpe Diem, Chrome River or comparable ERP system
Extensive exposure to senior global stakeholders (Partner/C-level/board level)
First class facilitation skills (meeting and workshops)
Formal change management qualification (CCMP/APMG/Prosci/ADKAR) preferred
Exceptional communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving
Must be confident working autonomously - must be capable of self-motivating and taking ownership of identified issues
