- Our client is a well-known professional services firm operating their main office in the heart of London with multiple offices located around the UK. They pride themselves on their exceptional market-leading research, expert advice and services they offer.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to join the IT Technical Support team to provide assistance with support incidents and requests, deal with escalations and to demonstrate some project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the resolution of all IT and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Management of difficult situations with the business in a timely fashion
Follow the agreed ITIL processes and procedures
Providing 3rd line support including, monitoring, troubleshooting and improving service delivery
End-to-end ownership and accurate ticket logging of all incidents and service requests, where necessary.

Uses initiative with a positive and can do attitude
Highly motivated to succeed
Maintaining good working relationships with all members of IT and the business
Technical skills:
Office 365 - advanced
Microsoft Active Directory administration
Exchange
Knowledge of networking concepts
Citrix
SCCM
Reporting to End User Support and Customer Relationship Manager. Working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
