We are working with a top international law firm to find a talented and experienced Global Service Delivery Manager to join the team.
In this exciting senior position, you will be responsible for global IT leadership, business engagement, managing customer service and development of IT services.
About the role
As Global Delivery Manager, you will be collaborating and working closely with other managers, Global heads of technologies, the CTO and the CIO.
You will be responsible for a team of managers and indirectly leading a large IT support team to deliver a consistently high level of performance and end user satisfaction.
You will have previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager, managing a large support team or a global service desk in an international professional services firm. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to thrive as the bridge between the business and IT.
