- Our client - an international professional services and software provider is looking for an Application Support Analyst. This industry leading client develops and provides advanced legal software for the world’s leading law firms.
The client currently has an opening for an experienced Application Support professional; you will have proven experience providing 3rd line Elite 3E / Elite Enterprise application support, and have demonstratable experience querying SQL databases.
Responsibilities:
· You will provide 3rd line support for the Elite 3E application to international law firms & other clients;
· Evaluate frontend issues and write scripts in SQL;
· Communicate and recommend business procedures to resolve issues.
Skills: 3+ years’ experience with and fluency in the following:
· Experience in 3rd line technical/application support in Elite 3E and/or Elite Enterprise;
· Technical support of MS Windows, MS SQL Server, and concepts of SQL relational databases;
· SQL (writing scripts / understand databases)
