Are you a senior infrastructure engineer who enjoys owning technology, leading projects and being the subject matter expert people turn to when something complex needs fixing?
We are recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a highly experienced global infrastructure team. The role is predominantly remote, although you will need to attend London for induction and occasional company events, as well as travel to New York approximately twice per year.

You will join an infrastructure team of eight, with each engineer acting as the subject matter expert for a particular technology area such as storage, identity and access management, messaging or virtualisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading infrastructure projects from design through to implementation
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
- Handling escalated tickets and operational incidents
- Installing, configuring and engineering infrastructure platforms
- Taking ownership of a specialist technology area
- Supporting infrastructure across a global organisation
- Working closely with colleagues in the UK, US and other international locations
- Using scripting and automation to improve administration and operational efficiency
- Participating in occasional out-of-hours calls where business-critical issues require support
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
- VMware, Hyper-V and/or Nutanix
- PowerShell or comparable scripting technologies
- Enterprise infrastructure engineering
- Windows-based infrastructure environments
- Storage, IAM, messaging or other core infrastructure services
- Troubleshooting complex production environments
- Working across geographically distributed or global organisations
Nutanix experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong VMware or Hyper-V experience will be considered equally relevant.
Experience within a professional services or legal environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
