We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading international law firm seeking a Legal Innovation Adviser to join its growing Innovation and Change team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3 to 5 years' experience in legal technology, AI or legal innovation who wants to work on cutting-edge solutions that improve the delivery of legal services for both internal teams and clients.

The role
As Legal Innovation Adviser, you will:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of legal technology solutions across the business
- Deliver innovation projects covering AI, document automation, workflow and knowledge management
- Partner with lawyers, business teams and clients to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
- Manage and develop Legal Innovation Analysts
- Drive user adoption, training and change management initiatives
- Support client pitches, workshops and demonstrations
- Evaluate emerging legal technology and AI products
- Help shape governance, best practice and responsible AI frameworks
- Work closely with IT, Risk, Compliance and Knowledge teams to deliver successful solutions
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years' experience within legal technology, legal innovation, AI, consulting or a similar field
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering enterprise AI or legal technology projects
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Harvey, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving technology adoption and change
- Commercial awareness and an interest in the future of legal services
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for innovation
