Digital Product Manager

Product Manager/Senior Product Owner - 3 month initial contract

We are working with a well-established professional services organisation that is investing in the development and improvement of its digital products and services. They are urgently seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager or Senior Digital Product Owner to join an established team and help drive product delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across a portfolio of digital initiatives.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements while working closely with development teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Owning and prioritising product backlogs and delivery roadmaps


• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges and opportunities


• Collaborating with developers, technical teams and wider delivery functions throughout the product life cycle


• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities


• Translating business requirements into clear user stories and product requirements


• Supporting Agile delivery teams to ensure priorities are aligned to business objectives


• Using data, feedback and user insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement


• Managing competing priorities and communicating progress to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Manager or Senior Product Owner


• Strong experience working on digital products


• Technical understanding with previous experience working with software development/software engineering teams


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Good understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies


• Ability to balance business priorities, user needs and technical considerations


• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and influencing decision-making


• Available to start in the next two weeks.


• Local to either Ipswich, Cambridge, Norwich, Chelmsford or Bristol and able to work in one of these offices three days a week with occasional trips to Ipswich.

Highly desirable:

• Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or other regulated environments
