Description

Programme Manager (HR - Culture & Change)

Are you a Programme Manager who thrives on turning strategy into real, measurable change rather than just talking about it?

We’re working with a leading global professional services firm looking for a Programme Manager to drive delivery across a high-profile culture and transformation portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting within HR but operating through a PMO lens, ensuring change initiatives land effectively across a complex, partnership-led environment.

Key role details

  • Programme Manager - Culture & Change

  • Location: Chancery Lane (hybrid, 2 days in office)

  • Salary: circa £110,000 + benefits

  • Global remit across multiple regions and senior stakeholder groups

What’s on offer

  • Opportunity to shape and deliver a firm-wide culture transformation programme

  • High visibility role working closely with senior leadership and partners

  • Complex, global environment with genuine impact on ways of working

  • Strong benefits package including private medical, pension, flexible benefits and wellbeing support

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with HR, internal communications and business leaders to embed change

  • Deliver a portfolio of culture and change initiatives across the business

  • Translate strategic objectives into structured programmes and executable plans

  • Manage governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across regions and functions

  • Drive stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and partners

  • Support change adoption through structured frameworks and practical implementation

  • Track KPIs, programme metrics and ensure measurable impact

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Programme Manager with strong delivery experience in complex environments

  • Background in legal or professional services preferred, with understanding of partnership structures

  • Strong PMO discipline across governance, planning and execution

  • Experience supporting change initiatives and driving adoption

  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on

  • Highly organised, pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset
