AI Technical Lead
Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building real-world AI solutions rather than just talking about them?
We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for an AI Technical Lead to drive the development of practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, building and delivering AI-powered workflows and integrations
- Productising tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot into real business use cases
- Developing APIs, automation and small services using C#/.Net (or similar)
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Supporting build vs buy decisions on AI tooling
- Driving best practice across code quality, CI/CD and deployment
- Ensuring secure, scalable and auditable solutions
Tech environment:
- C#/.Net (or similar backend languages)
- API-led integrations and automation
- Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure
- Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines
- AI tools and frameworks
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on software development experience (not just architecture)
- Strong experience with APIs, automation and system integrations
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)
- Experience working with third parties and suppliers
- Understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real-world scenarios
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
