CRM Project Manager
Ready to build a CRM capability from scratch in a high-profile, partner-led professional services firm?
We are supporting a leading international advisory business that is launching a brand-new CRM transformation programme. They are now looking to appoint a CRM Project Manager on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.
This is a sole, dedicated CRM Project Manager role. The programme has just commenced following vendor selection, so you will lead the full lifecycle delivery from mobilisation through to implementation and business-as-usual handover. The organisation does not currently operate a dedicated CRM, making this a true greenfield transformation.
The role sits within a wider technology transformation team and will involve close engagement with senior stakeholders and Partners across the firm.
- Hybrid working model - 1 to 2 days per week in office
- Occasional expensed European travel
- 18-month FTC with strong possibility of extension
What you will be doing:
- Own end-to-end CRM delivery from mobilisation to BAU handover
- Build and manage the integrated delivery plan, RAID log, stage gates and go-live readiness
- Lead the implementation of DealCloud and HubSpot in partnership with third-party vendors
- Act as the single point of accountability for the CRM workstream
- Facilitate business requirements workshops with Marketing, Business Development and consulting teams
- Align scope to business value using adopt standard and configure principles
- Coordinate data migration, integrations and quality assurance across finance, HR and related systems
- Ensure GDPR compliance including consent, retention and data governance controls
- Prepare the firm for adoption including training coordination, sponsor alignment and hyper-care
- Manage senior stakeholder and Partner engagement throughout the programme
What we are looking for:
- Proven CRM implementation delivery experience within professional services or a comparable stakeholder-driven environment
- Strong experience managing third-party implementation partners and holding vendors accountable
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and Partners in business-facing discussions
- Experience delivering full lifecycle technology projects from mobilisation to BAU
- Structured programme governance experience including RAID management and change control
Highly desirable:
- DealCloud implementation experience
- HubSpot implementation experience
- Experience working within a partner-led organisation
The interview process will include a Teams interview followed by a face-to-face meeting in London with a short presentation.
