Join a collaborative professional services firm as ServiceNow Platform Lead, owning the platform lifecycle across ITSM and enterprise workflows. Based in Liverpool (Albert Dock – James Street Station) with hybrid working (2 days onsite), you’ll lead upgrades, custom development and integrations while partnering closely with the business.
