About the Role
A newly created, senior role within a leading global law firm, the Legal Tech Delivery Lead sits at the heart of the firm’s operational and innovation agenda. This is a high-profile position with visibility to senior partners and IT leadership.

You will drive real, measurable value for legal teams by improving ways of working, optimising processes, strengthening controls, and delivering practical solutions that lawyers adopt. Your focus will always be pragmatic, delivering efficiency and adoption rather than technology for technology’s sake.

What You Will Do

• Lead initiatives that identify and remove inefficiencies in legal teams


• Simplify and maximise existing tools and technology


• Deliver quick wins and scalable improvements across practices


• Run meaningful pilots with measurable outcomes, then scale what works


• Collaborate closely with BAs, solution architects, IT trainers, and external partners


• Translate complex technical and operational concepts into business and legal language


• Influence and shape delivery at partner and executive level, ensuring practical adoption

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience within law firms or the legal sector


• Track record of delivery-led initiatives, frameworks, and pilots


• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior/partner level


• Pragmatic, self-driven, credible, and able to drive adoption and change


• Passionate about innovation and AI, but focused on practical outcomes
