Workday Change and Communication Manager
Ready to lead the people side of a major Workday transformation?
We are supporting a global organisation with the search for a Workday Change and Communications Manager to play a critical role in delivering a high-profile HR systems transformation across the US region.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract based in Canary Wharf, offering a salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities and technology
- Own and deliver the change management strategy for a Workday implementation
- Lead communications planning and delivery across multiple audiences
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Finance and senior leadership
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across Workday modules
- Design and deliver training and enablement strategies
- Drive adoption, engagement and post go-live reinforcement
- Work across modules including Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll
What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading change for Workday implementations
- Strong background in HR transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical change into clear, engaging messaging
- Confident working in complex, matrix and global organisations
