IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex, business critical technology projects?

A leading professional services firm is looking for an IT Project Manager to join its growing technology function. You will play a pivotal role in delivering cross-discipline IT projects covering software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, business transformation, and firmwide change initiatives.

What’s in it for you?

  • Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the London office.

  • Opportunity to deliver enterprise projects with strong backing from senior leadership.

  • A genuinely supportive culture with a clear commitment to diversity and inclusion.

  • Exposure to AI-driven project tooling, modern delivery frameworks, and sustainability-focused project practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of a varied IT project portfolio: infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, application upgrades, office moves, and automation projects.

  • Use AI-powered tools to automate workflows, track risks, and manage performance.

  • Select and tailor delivery methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, Lean, DevOps, and hybrid approaches.

  • Apply ITIL 4 and best practice service management throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance, governance, and security standards are met across all initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

  • Embed structured change management to support adoption.

  • Produce plans, budgets, resource forecasts, and all project documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience delivering multi-discipline IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.

  • Strong technical understanding across infrastructure and applications.

  • PRINCE2 or business analysis qualifications are desirable.

  • Knowledge of tools such as iManage, SharePoint, Active Directory, messaging platforms, virtualisation, LAN/WAN, and MS Project.

  • Excellent process mapping skills and strong communication abilities.

  • Comfortable managing conflicting requirements and leading project teams.

If you’re looking for a role where you can truly influence technology delivery and shape how modern projects are delivered, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today to take the next step in your IT project management career.
