Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex, business critical technology projects?
A leading professional services firm is looking for an IT Project Manager to join its growing technology function. You will play a pivotal role in delivering cross-discipline IT projects covering software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, business transformation, and firmwide change initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a varied IT project portfolio: infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, application upgrades, office moves, and automation projects.
- Use AI-powered tools to automate workflows, track risks, and manage performance.
- Select and tailor delivery methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, Lean, DevOps, and hybrid approaches.
- Apply ITIL 4 and best practice service management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and security standards are met across all initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Embed structured change management to support adoption.
- Produce plans, budgets, resource forecasts, and all project documentation.
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering multi-discipline IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
- Strong technical understanding across infrastructure and applications.
- PRINCE2 or business analysis qualifications are desirable.
- Knowledge of tools such as iManage, SharePoint, Active Directory, messaging platforms, virtualisation, LAN/WAN, and MS Project.
- Excellent process mapping skills and strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable managing conflicting requirements and leading project teams.
