We're looking for a hands-on BA Team Leader to manage a distributed team of six, with core IT functions based in Ipswich. This role requires a blend of strong leadership and excellent delivery capability.

About the Role

You'll lead and coach a cross-functional team, driving Agile best practice and ensuring high-quality delivery of products and business change initiatives. Around 30% of your time will focus on team leadership, with the remainder spent on hands-on project delivery, business analysis, and shaping product delivery processes.

Champion Agile practices and help the business transition toward a product-led mindset.

Own delivery plans, roadmaps, and quarterly planning activities.

Oversee requirements gathering, analysis, solution design and documentation.

Guide the design and build of product delivery elements across the organisation.

Manage Agile squads, deliver projects to scope and schedule, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Lead testing strategy and QA processes.

About You

Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.

Proven track record managing Agile delivery teams.

Confident in SDLC, requirements analysis, test planning and cross-functional delivery.

Skilled in coaching, team development and driving business change.

If you're a proactive leader who combines people management with hands-on delivery expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
