Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain core legal and AI applications
- Deliver support and ensure application security and performance
- Lead technical design and implementation of new legal/AI tools
- Analyse workflows and identify automation and integration opportunities
- Document business requirements and create user guides and training materials
- Support finance systems including Aderant, Billblast, and iTimeKeep
- Drive user adoption and change management activities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to IT strategy
What you will bring
- 3+ years in application support or business analysis within legal or professional services
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and business processes
- Experience with tools such as iManage, Intapp, Aderant, SharePoint, or similar
- Excellent analytical ability and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence translating business needs into practical technical solutions
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, automation, or low-code tools
