Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain core legal and AI applications


• Deliver support and ensure application security and performance


• Lead technical design and implementation of new legal/AI tools


• Analyse workflows and identify automation and integration opportunities


• Document business requirements and create user guides and training materials


• Support finance systems including Aderant, Billblast, and iTimeKeep


• Drive user adoption and change management activities


• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to IT strategy

What you will bring

• 3+ years in application support or business analysis within legal or professional services


• Strong understanding of legal workflows and business processes


• Experience with tools such as iManage, Intapp, Aderant, SharePoint, or similar


• Excellent analytical ability and stakeholder engagement skills


• Confidence translating business needs into practical technical solutions


• Strong documentation and presentation skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, automation, or low-code tools
