Test Lead (SuccessFactors)
Are you an experienced HRIS Test Lead ready to shape a major global HR transformation?
This is a chance to take ownership of testing across a large, complex HRIS implementation at a well-established international organisation based in London.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end testing strategy for a new global HRIS
- Defining test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with project timelines
- Coordinating testing activity across HR, IT, vendors, and global offices
- Managing test environments, test data, and defect processes
- Facilitating UAT and supporting business users across multiple regions
- Ensuring full validation of integrations including payroll, finance, and time-tracking systems
- Reporting test progress, risks, and issues to leadership
What you’ll need:
- Strong HRIS testing experience (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar)
- Excellent understanding of HR processes such as core HR, talent, compensation, benefits
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- ISTQB Foundation (Advanced desirable)
- Clear communicator who can work with global stakeholders and drive quality
- Proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
