We are partnering with a prestigious London law firm seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their technology team. This is a permanent opportunity, leading diverse projects across infrastructure, cloud, and business systems that directly impact how the firm operates.

- Hybrid working: 2 days office, 3 days remote
- Reports to: Head of IT Projects
- Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

What you will do
- Plan and manage multiple concurrent IT projects, from scoping through delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and risk logs; track progress and report to leadership
- Draft RFPs, evaluate suppliers, and manage vendor relationships
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the firm, ensuring buy-in and alignment
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation review, including ROI analysis
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes
What you need
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in IT or technology-led change
- Familiarity with professional services or similar stakeholder-heavy environments
- Strong understanding of project governance, documentation, and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) desirable but not essential
