The Role
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver all contractual aspects of the firm’s procurement of third-party suppliers. This permanent position is based in London and requires three days a week in the office, reporting into the Legal Counsel team.

What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating supplier agreements
- Advising stakeholders on contract terms and associated risks
- Supporting due diligence processes and maintaining supplier questionnaires
- Managing and developing the firm’s contract management system
- Training colleagues and promoting procurement best practices
What you’ll bring
- Law degree from the UK or a Commonwealth country (essential)
- Previous experience in contract negotiation or supplier management, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
- Knowledge of data protection law (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
