The Role
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver all contractual aspects of the firm’s procurement of third-party suppliers. This permanent position is based in London and requires three days a week in the office, reporting into the Legal Counsel team.

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating supplier agreements


• Advising stakeholders on contract terms and associated risks


• Supporting due diligence processes and maintaining supplier questionnaires


• Managing and developing the firm’s contract management system


• Training colleagues and promoting procurement best practices

What you’ll bring

• Law degree from the UK or a Commonwealth country (essential)


• Previous experience in contract negotiation or supplier management, ideally in a legal or professional services environment


• Knowledge of data protection law (desirable)


• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
