In this role you’ll:

• Analyse business processes, identify root causes of issues, and recommend improvement opportunities


• Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and evaluate business requirements


• Develop “as-is” and “to-be” process models using standard business analysis techniques


• Collaborate with technology partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure solutions meet business needs


• Track delivery outcomes to ensure expected value and benefits are realised
