Business Analyst – (AI & Innovation)

Our client, a global law firm, is creating a new AI & Innovation Delivery team and is looking for a talented Business Analyst to play a key role in transforming how the firm works.

The role:

• Permanent, hybrid role based in London


• Newly created and ring-fenced within the firm’s dedicated AI & Innovation function


• Collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across IT, PMO, and legal practice areas

What you’ll do:

• Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital innovation


• Gather and document business requirements across legal and business functions


• Support proof-of-concept and pilot AI projects


• Liaise between legal professionals, IT, compliance, and vendors


• Stay ahead of legal tech and AI trends to influence future innovation strategy

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or AI-related projects


• Strong understanding of AI concepts (NLP, machine learning, generative AI)


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


• Experience in Agile delivery and backlog management


• A self-starter who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation
