Global Law Firm - London
3 days office / 2 days working from home per week
Are you an IT Trainer with law firm experience and a focus on digital creation and delivery?
In this exciting newly created role at a leading global law firm, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a range of training to end users, with an emphasis on digital training and e-learning.
The firm are building a new Digital Academy to drive smarter use of tech and AI across the firm. It’s a visible, creative role blending digital learning, engagement, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees.
Essential skills
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience of working as an IT Trainer in a law firm
- Must have experience with iManage
- Experience with Camtasia, Articulate or similar e-learning tools
- Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, in particular, MS Word
- Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
