Are you an IT support professional looking for a new challenge?
Are you seeking a permanent role with excellent training and progression opportunities?
In this exciting position with a leading global law firm, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of technology systems, including Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and specialist legal applications. Based in their Liverpool office (with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week), you’ll join a collaborative IT Services team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Your experience:
• 2+ years’ experience within an IT Service Desk or Deskside support role
• Experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and MS Exchange
• Knowledge of hardware support (laptops, monitors, mobile devices)
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
