Legal Solutions Engineer – Manchester (Permanent)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: Manchester (3 days in office, hybrid working)
Experience: 2–3 years’ legal tech experience required

We are looking for a Legal Solutions Engineer to join a leading global law firm’s Innovation Team in Manchester and help shape the future of legal service delivery.
You will work on cutting-edge projects, from rolling out document automation tools, to developing HighQ-based solutions, to exploring AI and ESG-focused initiatives. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on global transformation projects that change the way lawyers and clients work together.
What you will do:
- Design & deliver solutions using market-leading platforms like HighQ, Contract Express, and BRYTER.
- Partner with lawyers and stakeholders to improve processes and enhance client service.
- Experiment with AI and emerging tech to push boundaries and unlock new possibilities.
- Support adoption and training, making complex tools simple and accessible.
- Drive innovation - your ideas will shape how legal services evolve.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience developing solutions with legal technology platforms (HighQ, Contract Express, BRYTER or similar).
- Solid understanding of legal processes and workflows.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills - you can translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused language.
- A self-starter with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- (Bonus points if you have worked in a law firm or have legal training.)
