- Description
Project Manager
Are you a Project Manager with a flair for analysis and a passion for legal tech transformation?
Do you enjoy working across diverse IT and business change initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? This newly created role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a meaningful impact in a professional services setting.
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a highly regarded mid-tier law firm in Central London, looking to grow their Projects team with an experienced Project Manager who can also wear a Business Analyst hat when needed. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, with some flexibility). You’ll be joining a close-knit team of six delivering a wide range of firm-wide change, technology and systems projects, from cloud migration to office relocations and everything in between.
Why You’ll Want This Role
- Salary: £70,000 – £75,000
- Flexibility: Hybrid working and supportive team culture
- Growth: A newly created role due to expansion, a chance to shape your impact
- Variety: Exposure to a pipeline of over 30 exciting projects
- Support: Join a collaborative, well-structured team of Project Managers and Coordinators
- If you have experience in legal or professional services and hold a project qualification (like PRINCE2 or Agile), this could be your ideal next step.
- What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be leading and coordinating multiple projects across departments, from initial requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement through to delivery and closure. You’ll liaise with legal and business service teams, define and document scope, identify risks, support testing, and produce clear and engaging project communications throughout. The role spans both delivery and business analysis, so you’ll need to be hands-on, adaptable, and ready to dive into both process and technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural communicator who’s confident with stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled in juggling multiple projects in a professional services or legal setting
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with legal tech or systems (like DMS, PMS, CRM) is a bonus
- A legal background or degree? That’s the icing on the cake, but not essential.
