We are partnering with an established law firm to hire a Senior Legal Technologist, a newly created role within their Legal Technology team. This is a standout opportunity for a tech-focused legal professional to drive innovation, streamline service delivery, and embed smart technologies into legal practice.
The Role
Working closely with legal teams, clients, and business services, you'll lead the design and implementation of bespoke legal tech solutions, from document automation to AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the firm’s technology and innovation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of legal tech tools (e.g. automation platforms, legal AI).
- Identify and deliver opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Build scalable document automation frameworks.
- Develop AI-driven use cases with legal teams.
- Provide training and drive user adoption.
- Bridge legal, IT, and vendor requirements.
- Evaluate new tools and advise on adoption.
About You
- Experience with legal tech tools - especially automation and AI.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and process improvement.
- Technically confident; comfortable with data, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder management and training experience.
- Legal background (lawyer, trainee, or legal ops) is a plus.
