Business Analyst – Transformation
Are you a Business Analyst who thrives in transformation-led environments?
Do you enjoy cutting through complexity, driving clarity, and helping organisations rethink the way they operate? We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a global transformation programme, someone who’s not just focused on systems, but on delivering meaningful business change.
About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a global law firm, based in their central London office (with hybrid working – 1–2 days on-site per week). You’ll be embedded within a central transformation team, taking ownership of key initiatives that shape how the business operates across multiple jurisdictions.
- Salary: £80,000 – £95,000
You’ll be joining at a time when the firm is investing heavily in firm-wide change, this role goes well beyond IT projects, touching on strategic transformation, business process improvement, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities & Tools You’ll Use
This is a well-rounded BA role spanning the full lifecycle of business change and transformation:
- Gather and analyse business requirements with a focus on tangible outcomes
- Map and improve business processes to drive efficiency and alignment
- Lead change impact assessments and shape change management plans
- Develop and present business cases to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate UAT activity, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery
- Analyse data to identify gaps, track progress, and support recommendations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across global offices
Tools & platforms: MS Visio, Excel, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, CRM systems
What You’ll Bring (Soft Skills & Experience)
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a professional services environment
- A track record of driving business transformation (not just IT projects)
- Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of change management principles
- Highly organised and detail-driven, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Naturally collaborative, open-minded, and focused on delivering value
