Project Manager / Analyst
We are currently partnering with a prestigious UK law firm to recruit a Project Manager / Analyst to join their expanding Project Management team. This is a newly created role, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in technology, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a diverse and growing portfolio of initiatives. With many projects in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to work across strategic and business-critical programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects end-to-end from requirements gathering and business case development through to delivery and closure
- Engage with stakeholders across legal and business services teams to define needs, scope solutions, and ensure effective implementation
- Coordinate internal and external resources, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Produce high-quality documentation including project plans, stakeholder presentations, and risk registers
- Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, feasibility analysis, and solution design
- Support testing and quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis roles
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
- Experience within a professional services environment, preferably legal or accountancy
- Familiarity with legal technology systems (e.g. DMS, PMS, CRM) is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio
- A legal background or degree is advantageous but not essential
