About Us:

• Thriving in a hybrid work environment, our Dublin office is on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Engineer.
• Work onsite 2-3 days a week, supporting our dynamic team both locally and globally.
• Be the first point of contact and the sole IT presence in our Dublin office

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve hardware and software issues onsite, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with international technical teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Manage and log support calls efficiently using our Help Desk software.
• Take charge of physical office moves, hardware replacements, and temporary setups for visitors and review rooms.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of six years' experience in a similar support role, preferably in an international professional services or legal setting.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Environment, Exchange, Outlook, Citrix, RSA tokens & server, remote access, IOS/Android support, and HP printers.
