Experience

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in IT Service Desk or Support within professional services
  • Confident with law firm systems like PMS, DMS, CRM & Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
  • ITIL Foundation (or willingness to train)
  • Excellent communicator and team collaborator
