Picture More are working with a top tier management consulting company based in London looking to hire for a key role within the IT leadership group. As a Help Desk Team Leader you’ll be responsible for the quality of first line support whilst developing the current working practices of the team. Coaching and mentoring your team to improve consistency of service for 200+ users.
About the role
With a significant ‘hand on’ element to the role, you’ll be expected to deal directly with help desk calls whilst effectively leading your team. The role also involves regular visits to all of their UK and international offices providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software and hardware.
What’s in it for you?
