- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a MI Analyst to join a professional services firm based in the heart of the City.
You will sit within their finance team and work closely with IT, producing management information to help create a set of new firm-wide reports.
What do you need?
Proven experience writing reports using SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) report-builder from the accounting and client on-boarding systems.
You will have a genuine interest in finance reporting, attentive to detail and a wide degree of creativity and ability to analyse and solve problems.
Strong commercial experience of SQL (SSRS) Reporting skills and Visual Studio for query writing skills and broad Microsoft Excel skills.
In addition to the technical skills you will have experience in training and rolling out new reports and tools.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related fields.
Familiarisation with SOS or other Progress-based accounting packages would be highly desirable.
18 months commercial experience in a similar role (preferable)
