While you have experience providing IT support, you really want to move into something meatier that will challenge yourself technically.
An international law firm is looking for IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team, focusing candidates with problem solving skills who are proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows. Specific application experience is not required as candidates will be trained up.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent telephone manner with ability to communicate with users at all levels in a calm, confident and professional manner.
- Must achieve consistently high levels of customer service and have a desire to constantly enhance client service delivery.
- Experience of working with Windows 10, AD, Lenovo Hardware, Office 365
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Work well under pressure
- ITIL knowledge
The successful candidate will work on a set shift, along with evening rotations and on call rotations (after their probation period).
This will be a two-stage interview process.
