- Description
- Working within a leading accountancy firm you will be merging the gap between the business and technology services in a small team of BAs.
A technical role with a focus on data & gap analysis; system design; user experience analysis and activity modelling. You will play a crucial role in delivering business process automation combined with robotic process automation elements to further push efficiencies and capabilities of the firm via K2.
This is also a business facing role working closely with senior stakeholders meaning clear and concise communication skills are a must to help maintain overall knowledge of IT governance and IS processes.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years` experience in a prior BA role
- 2+ years` experience in business process management
- Must have K2 experience
- Business process mapping
- End-to-end business review
Desirable Skills
- SQL
- Professional Service Environments
