Picture More are working with a top 20 accountancy firm to recruit an Infrastructure Analyst to join the firms 3rd line support team.
 

In this role, you will be one of the escalation points for the Service Desk to resolve issues within BAU 3rd Line support.
 

You will also be working alongside your colleagues to identify and review technical trends on the firms existing infrastructure which includes server, storage, networks and applications.
 

Experience in supporting the following technologies are required;
  • Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
  • VMWare vSphere ideally version 6.5
  • Windows Servers 2012 – 2016
  • Windows 10
