Service Desk – Desktop Support
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Analyst to join a global law firm. Located next to Moorgate Station.
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £38k
Skills Required:
Deliver 2nd line support to end-users. This includes deskside and face to face support.
Escalate problems to the appropriate analyst.
Maintain record keeping, including logging of issues.
Working knowledge of firms applications
Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment (ideally in the legal sector), with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at any one time

Microsoft Office 2010/2016

Active Directory Administration

Hardware: Desktop/Laptops
ITIL
Legal based applications - BigHand 3, Filesite/Worksite
Interaction or similar CRM application
