Are you an experienced HRIS Analyst with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise who enjoys turning HR technology and data into practical business solutions?
We are working with a highly regarded international professional services organisation looking for an HRIS Analyst to join its London team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors across a global organisation.

The role:
Working closely with HR, HRIS, IT, vendors and stakeholders across multiple international offices, you will help ensure SAP SuccessFactors is effectively configured, supported and optimised.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors
- Supporting Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off
- Investigating system issues, data discrepancies and user queries
- Supporting configuration, permissions, workflows and business rules
- Designing and maintaining reports using SuccessFactors Report Centre and Story Reporting
- Developing Power BI dashboards and data models for HR and workforce analytics
- Translating stakeholder requirements into practical reporting solutions
- Conducting data validation, reconciliation and quality checks
- Supporting testing, releases, enhancements and post-go-live activity
- Working closely with HRBPs, HR process owners, IT teams and external vendors
- Producing documentation and delivering knowledge transfer to the wider HRIS team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central, with exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding and/or Time Off highly desirable
- Strong SuccessFactors reporting experience, including Report Centre and ideally Story Reporting
- Good Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modelling
- Experience supporting testing, releases and HRIS improvements
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality
- Confidence communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a global team
