About the role
Our client, a top-100 global law firm with a major London presence, is building out its AI Enablement function and is looking for an AI Adoption Manager to own AI training and adoption for its business services and administrative teams across London, EU and Asia offices.
This is a senior, newly created role sitting within a recently expanded AI function, reporting to a Senior Manager for AI Acceleration. It is not attorney-facing - you'll be the firm's resident expert on AI platforms for its business services population, not its lawyers.
Based in London, with a working pattern of typically 3-4 days a week in the office, and frequent travel to EU offices with periodic travel further afield.
Key responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured AI training and enablement programmes for non-technical business services and administrative staff.
• Act as the firm's go-to expert on leading AI platforms - Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot and Harvey - translating what they can do into practical, role-specific use cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with business services leadership across London, EU and Asia offices to identify adoption priorities and barriers.
• Track training participation and platform usage, and report on adoption outcomes to firm leadership.
• Lead change management planning for AI-related technology rollouts affecting administrative teams.
• Develop training materials, playbooks and quick-reference guides tailored to different office and team needs.

What we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years' experience driving technology adoption, change management or business process improvement inside a professional services organisation (law firm or comparable).
• Demonstrated, hands-on expert-level use of at least three of Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot or Harvey - you should be able to speak to specific platform capabilities, limitations and prompt techniques, not just general familiarity.
• Direct experience designing and delivering structured technology training or enablement programmes to non-technical professional audiences, with evidence of named programmes or session series you've actually delivered.
Desirable: familiarity with UK/EU data protection considerations (UK GDPR) as they relate to AI tool usage, and experience delivering training across multiple regions or a distributed workforce.
