We’re helping a mid-tier law firm in the City find a Transformation Project Manager who can steer high-profile change initiatives (think compliance, risk, marketing and more) and leave a lasting mark on how the firm operates.
The essentials
- Role: Transformation Project Manager (business-focused, non-IT)
- Contract: 24-month fixed-term (salary £70,000 – £89,000)
- Location: Liverpool Street, London | Hybrid: 2-3 days in any office, rest remote
- Environment: Transformation function (reporting outside core IT)

What you’ll be driving
- Scoping, planning and delivering end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring milestones, benefits and budgets stay on track.
- Building operating-model roadmaps with stakeholders across compliance, marketing, GC and other business services.
- Running feasibility studies and business cases, selecting the right delivery approach (Agile, hybrid or classic).
- Orchestrating third-party partners and distributed teams via tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana.
- Managing risks, issues, change requests and post-implementation reviews to lock in continuous improvement.
