Are you a Service Desk Analyst with law firm experience looking for a new role? Are you available immediately?
In this challenging but rewarding position at a global law firm in the city, you will be providing a high level of 1st line support to end users predominantly over the phone and via email. If you enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative environment, then this position could be for you!
Your responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware.
- 1st line service desk support
- Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs
- Office 365
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Hardware
Your skills:
- You must have experience of working as an IT Support Analyst at a law firm
- You must have experience using/supporting document management systems
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
This position will be based full time onsite in the office during probation, then down to 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.
