Leo joined the Picture More family having worked in sales throughout his professional career from direct marketing to telesales to estate agency and now in recruitment. His career has allowed Leo to develop key skills in communication to understand the needs of the people he has worked with.

Leo chose a career in recruitment because of the challenges and rewards the career path provides allowing for an exciting journey.

Building long-lasting relationships with those around Leo is paramount to the success of both clients and candidates. With a degree in Sports Business and Management at the University of Chichester, Leo also enjoys spending time traveling when he can; Malta being the best place to travel to.

When Leo is not working or traveling he is at the gym, meeting friends, or playing his favorite sport: badminton.
